These declarations allow us to consider your fitness to practise

In this section you’ll be asked for the details about your qualification

This is the final stage of the process, but it is separate from the application

Applicants who trained or practised in either Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein are eligible to apply via this route.

We require certified copies to prove your identity including a change of name document, if applicable

For any documents which are not in English, you will also need to provide a certified copy of an official translation

We'll check if your application is complete and all your documents are certified correctly
