How to raise a concern

This document tells you what to do if you want to raise a concern about one of our registrants.

We try to make our processes as open and clear as possible. This document provides information on:

  • raising a concern;
  • the investigations process;
  • what happens when the concern is received;
  • what happens when the concern is investigated;
  • the Investigating Committee; and
  • what happens if the case is referred to a final hearing.
